PENTA Builds Osage Nation Tribal Campus


OsageNationCampusLas Vegas-based PENTA Building Group gas been tapped as construction manager at-risk to build the Osage Nation campus in Pawhuska, Okla. The project calls for demolishing existing structures and constructing two new office buildings, plus adding site utilities, parking and infrastructure. CollinsWoerman is the architect. Plans call for a two-story, 27,000-square-foot welcome center that also houses constituent services, a tax commission, human resources, and a news center, plus an Indian blood department, strategic planning and grants management. An additional 19,000-square-foot office building will contain police and emergency management services, the attorney general and treasury departments. The 14-month project, which began in February, will create roughly 300 jobs.
